Purpose/Jurisdiction #
“Upon receipt of Auditor General reports, the Oversight Committee shall review the reports and, if appropriate, refer the reports to the appropriate standing committee for consideration. Consideration by the standing committee shall not impede or preclude any Member from initiating any action in response to an Auditor General report” (House Rule 35).
